Sanjay Jogi
A civil engineer by qualification, has been the earliest driving force behind Paras. His experience in construction and real estate development spans two decades. He leads and guides team Paras in the conceptual and technical aspects of the projects: land acquisition, location selection, title clearance, collaboration with architects, floor space planning, approvals. His mission is to build landmarks that stand out for their design, quality and customer satisfaction.
Satish Patel
Has over 20 years of experience in building construction. Having worked literally from the "ground-up" as labour and subcontractor, he is very much in touch with the nitty-gritties of project and people management. His eagle eye to spot discrepancies and defects complements his commitment to quality. He believes there is no substitute for hard work in building, whether it is impressive structures or a reputation.
Hemal Munshi
A civil engineer by qualification, ended his career as an employee to start his own business as a contractor. He has over 15 years of experience in implementing projects and takes care of the technical and marketing aspects of Paras Group projects. He believes in building spaces that enrich the life-styles of occupants, while respecting the environment. His dream is to build a community that lives sustainably, using renewable sources of energy and conservation of natural resources.
Chirag Patel
Holds a diploma in civil engineering. He started his career as a site supervisor, gaining hands-on experience in managing residential and commercial projects, before joining the group as partner. He believes in consistent delivery of quality, in every brick, every fitting, fixture, finishing, is the key to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Chetan Jogi
Has a bachelor's degree in commerce and over 15 years of experience in implementing residential projects. He believes in building homes that provide a sense of well-being and take care of the needs of the occupants—right from ventilation to placement of the furniture. He believes in building trust by demonstrating commitment to the customer, listening to their needs and concerns, delivering on promises.
Manish Patel
Holds a diploma in pharmacy. Coming from a family involved in the construction, real estate development it was natural choice of profession for him. His expertise lies in land acquisition and title clearance. His vision for Paras Realty is to have a pan-India presence and be a name that is synonymous with trust, commitment.
Jignesh Patel
Holds a diploma in electrical engineering, but building is his passions which encourage him to accept challengeable tasks.
Hitesh Padiya
Is having over 12 yrs experience in the construction stream. He is taking care of civil construction works of Paras Realty projects.
